West Bench Capital started with a clear mission: create housing for middle-income households in Southwest Idaho.


We have watched the Treasure Valley transform for four decades. Decade after decade of double-digit population growth became a rule. And we started to see the consequences: our kids and grandkids won't be able to afford to live within an hour of Boise if we don't build the housing stock that serves people just starting their homeownership journeys.


The answer isn't more luxury condos or sprawling suburban subdivisions. It's a vertically integrated partnership of capital, land acquisition, and construction management that creates value at every stage — turning a strong profit while putting attainable homes in the ground.

We hope to develop 1000 units of housing with investment funds over a 7-10 year timeframe. 25% of our units are designed to be affordable for the average worker in our city (80-120% AMI), and this gives our development process considerable advantages.
